Your expensive athleticwear is just a name brand trash bag in pretty packaging.

After years of feeling chronically ill and not understanding why; I am finally able to help navigate women through the symptoms that stem from wearing polyester.

I myself have been working with polyester fabrics without understanding the full effects. I’d feel dizzy and sick after inhaling the microfibres from the cut and sew garments. I was developing an acrylic allergy without even knowing 😔

I have prioritized natural fabrics (5% elasticity is to ensure it bounces back to the original form, it is nontoxic) to keep myself and everyone else I work with safe!

2 week count down to the launch event!!!

The Syko (psy·cho) All-Natural athleisure line was inspired by the rising demand for natural fibres in everyday wear. Polyester was swapped for cotton and wool fabrics, which offer durability and long-lasting health benefits. However, the neglected area in wardrobe was arguably the most important, gym clothes. Sweating in plastics creates a breeding ground for harmful bacteria, the sweat has nowhere to go but back into the body, this time with micro-plastics embedded.

After months of research, I discovered it was the leading cause of a woman’s diminishing reproductive system and in extreme cases, cancer. Lagree Effect was a motivation to see the line through; working with hundreds of women daily in the fitness industry lit a fire within to protect them all. This is my way of helping my fellow woman; we all deserve access to safe and healthy alternative options.

Due to unforeseen weather, we have had to postpone our Beachside Pilates event :( I was so excited for this weekend but that’s okay because it is still happening, just at a later date! Everyone who already RSVP’d still has a mat and goodie bag waiting for them on July 12th.

I am still very excited to host you guys with leading the class and I am so sorry to everyone who reserved a spot but can no longer make it to the event!

If you are wanting to join the class and don’t yet have a ticket, I know a few people that are looking to give up their spot so please send me a message and I will put you in contact :) Thank you so much everyone for being so understanding and kind and I apologize for the inconvenience!!!
