💐☀️ Spring is here, Eastertide is upon us and there are sunny days ahead - now feels like the right time to return and share this photo that was taken recently: Freda (me) and Velma née Lewko dressing mannequins in some of our prettiest dresses. Our passion for making custom clothing never stops!

We are busy with our toddlers so there are not many new things to share, but here and there I will drop a photo or video of some of our nicest spring and summer creations.

This is our handmade Nightgown/Chemise pattern. The client who ordered this garment is also planning to wear it as a dress, e.g. with a white top underneath. Very classy and versatile!

Step in time but remain timeless with our new Tie Neck Blouse ✨🕰️ Adorned with some very exquisite buttons, a v-neck rounded collar and cuffed bishop sleeves.

This soft, flowy, billowy fabric is 100% viscose and has an ever so delicate floral design woven into it. Choose Warm Beige or Olive colour.

It pairs beautifully with our Pleated Crepe Skirt.

I've seen some elastic belts before but didn't like the look of ‘raw’ elastic. I was going to make my own anyway so I covered it with a thin, soft and stretchy fabric for a nice finished look.

Silk fabric is now available! Can you believe this silk charmeuse comes in 98 colours?? 🤯

I've highlighted the top colours here because 98 is overwhelming, but if you'd like to delve into all the shades of the colours you see here, just send a message!

This particular silk charmeuse has a bit of stretch to it, which is perfect for the desired comfort and flexibility of nightgowns, pyjamas and lounge wear.

I'm dying to make some silk pyjamas, perhaps with some embroidered trim 😍

Please note that real, quality silk is more 💰 than most other types of fabrics. It's one of the most luxurious and natural fabrics to wear, so for some people it's worth the price.

Alternatively, you can also order our Slumberwear in rayon. Rayon is derived from natural materials but requires certain chemicals so it's considered to be a semi-synthetic fabric. Rayon is a great imitation of silk, so it's the best choice for those who want silk on a budget.
