From a flakey mess to its fluffy best.

Replaced this pleather jackets collar with real fur, extending its life a bit, ultimately though the rest of the jacket will eventually start to peel and nothing can be done for that. This is a reminder to think about your consumer choices and buying product made of materials that last. No plastic is eco friendly, leather will last a lifetime.

When you are trying to do that content thing and get clean audio of your vintage Singer 91K5 puttering away but your cat has other plans. I guess the ASMR world won't be for me.

Im terrible at this content thing, when to record, what to record, adhd brain forgets to engage. How long is too long? How short is to short.

Here is a snippet of starting the thumb, this shape is one of the more tricky styles, for both pattern drafting and sewing but results in the best fit.

Im sewing on a 1947 Singer 91K5 Mini Post machine intended for gloves. Its originally a treadle powered machine but when i bought it it did not have the original base and was fixed onto a regular industrial table with a peddle so I had it upgraded with a motor!
Coming up to be 80 years old, this machine still thrives.

It does a chain stitch, Im still figuring out the best way to do this thumb style with a chain stitch as it is difficult to do in one go. Right hand is easier cause of sewing direction, the left is more tricky.
