After starting our families, we started Mama Haven, to offer wellness retreats for the modern mum and her organic baby. Our initial retreats will serve the areas of Vancouver, Whistler, and the islands; they are intended for mothers and babies under 24-months old (-ish), but future retreats will be for wee ones of various ages. Ma

ma Haven's all-inclusive retreats offer accommodation, organic vegetarian meals, mum and baby yoga classes, a body-rolling bliss class for mothers, massage therapy (1 hour), a workshop and individual consultations with a naturopathic doctor, on-site childcare, and more. All mums who attend a Mama Haven retreat will also get a gift bag which will include products and vouchers from many local, eco-friendly merchants. We are thankful to our many community supporters for their sponsorship of Mama Haven.
