We aren’t posting shipping prices because there are so many variables BUT we would love to ship to you. ❤️ So please, reach out via dm.Send along your details & we will work out the most cost efficient pricing for you. We have done loads of international shipping in the past, but with all the recent changes want to make sure we have the most updated info.

We’ve been in this studio for more than 18 years. And what a lovely place it is!

18 years is a long time to accumulate stuff - especially when you work predominantly reclaimed & repurposed materials.
I see the possibilities in so many things but don’t always have the time to finish projects. Some things stay half finished waiting for more time to complete them.
I’ve thought about having a “MOVING SALE”.
Not because we are moving - but to move stuff. We need space, both mentally & physically, to move on to some new projects.
So whether this is a moving sale or a spring cleaning sale in summer … or just an appreciation sale to all of you that have been here for us …. this moving of stuff needs to start!

We’ll be jumping in with a stories sale either later today or tomorrow morning.

The first items (or groups of items) will all be $50 or less.

Items can be either picked up or shipped.
Shipping is extra - but we’ll make it super accessible with lots of options.
We’ll lay all the details out in a separate post.

Cutting sheepskin collars in July …. thankfully the weather has cooperated this week & it is not blazing hot in the studio… but still, it’s July….

We have at least 4 black long hair sheepskin collars coming this year. (There weren’t any available last year).

Thinking of doing a pre-order as there are just 1 or 2 available in so many of the colours.

For now back to the cutting, shaving etc.
Feel free to reach out if you are wanting one of these special collars. We’ll make a post with some updates once I know how many I can make in each colour.

It’s about time. Hopefully we’ll start enforcing the same here. 💚🌎🐬

Every year, 4–9% of unsold textiles in Europe are destroyed.

Starting today, that's changing. 🇪🇺

The EU's ban on destroying unsold clothes and shoes officially comes into force today.

Large companies can no longer destroy unsold clothes, shoes, and clothing accessories. Instead, they'll need to:

🛍️ Sell them, including through discounts or alternative markets
💚 Donate them to charities or social enterprises
🔄 Reuse them
♻️ Recycle them

For medium-sized companies, the ban will apply as of 2030.

This ban will prevent wasting valuable products, including the resources and raw materials used to make them, while also reducing their environmental and climate impact.

Everything is $50 or less.

Coziness comes in many forms.
You’ll find some of them in our studio this weekend.

From tiny little puffy pouches (made from our sheepskin remnants/scrap) to larger bags & clutches and our decadent sheepskin collars …. Not to mention the softest baby alpaca accessories you can imagine. They’ll all be available in our studio this Saturday from noon - 4.
Most are one of a kind or one of just a few.

Feel free to reach out in advance if you are looking for something specific.

Several of our neighbours will be open as well. My direct neighbours will both be open - but there will be several others as well.

Our annual Open Studio is this coming Saturday December 20th from noon - 4.

As many of you know, our studio is in the incomparable . Several other studios will be joining us in opening our doors on Saturday.
So, if you didn’t make it to the , would like to revisit something you’ve previously had your eye on, or would like to see some of the items (such as our baby alpaca woolens) that are not available at our other shows this is your chance. Or maybe you just want to pop by for a little hello. We’d love to see you!
