Shipping info:
Uninsured regular post rates vary from $2-6 within Canada, Insured tracked varies from $12 - 25 depending on where delivery is. For USA orders we are happy to provide USPS delivery once a week (sometimes twice a month) depending on volume, as such you will pay the same rate as you would within the USA, so typically $3 - 6.80 USD for most orders.
