I’ve been pretty MIA here for the past six months. Truth be told, 2025 broke me. I was riding a high, living life fully, and then a single phone call changed everything. In the aftermath, I felt like I lost myself. Each day became a grind—moving through my to-do lists on autopilot, just trying to get through. Trying to survive.
As the first month of 2026 comes to a close, I’m finally starting to feel like I’m finding my way back to myself. I’m rediscovering how much joy this work brings me. It took me a while to share all of my beautiful brides because, honestly, it was hard to post anything happy when joy felt so far away.
While I know it will still take time to truly be okay, I’m feeling grateful and excited to be back—creating beautiful gowns and sharing in such meaningful moments with my brides.
