***A message from our founder***
As both a founder and a mom, this was not a small decision.
Over the years, we’ve shared photos of so many incredible kids wearing their MEsquad glasses. Parents sent them proudly and we loved celebrating those moments with you.
But the internet has changed. With AI, social media, and growing conversations around children’s privacy, many families are becoming more thoughtful about where their children’s images live online and how they are shared.
Moving forward, we will no longer be posting photos of children on our social media unless families choose to tag us and share them directly. We will also no longer be doing photoshoots with child models.
You may still see children modeling our glasses on our website, as those images help parents understand how the frames fit and how sizing works in real life.
But when it comes to social media, we believe the choice to share should belong to parents, not brands.
Your child’s privacy matters more than our content calendar.
Thank you to every family who has trusted us with their kids’ glasses over the years. We’re incredibly grateful to be part of your stories.
