🚤 PROJECT FEATURE | CUSTOM PONTOON MOORING COVER

Another boat protected and ready for the season!

This custom mooring cover was designed and built for a pontoon boat using Aqualon Edge, with Aqualon Edge Soft used in all areas contacting the upholstery.

We paid particular attention to the areas that take the most stress, adding reinforcement at pressure points and incorporating rain collars around the Bimini frame to help direct water away from the boat.

A properly designed mooring cover does more than keep your boat looking good — it helps protect your investment from sun, rain, dirt and the elements.

Not every project needs a brand-new cover.

Sometimes a professional repair is the smartest solution.

For this project, a torn and damaged section of the cover was rebuilt with Harbor Time reinforcement underneath for added strength, then finished with a flexible soft outer material for a cleaner OEM appearance and improved durability.

Using PTFE thread, this repair is designed to stand up to years of sun, wind, and water exposure.

Custom Project Highlight!

This Itasca motorhome came to us with a windshield cover that had definitely reached the end of its life. After years of UV exposure and countless miles on the road, it was time for a replacement.

We custom-built a new cover using Aqualon Edge Soft, finished with Sunbrella binding and PTFE thread for maximum UV resistance and long-lasting durability. The result is a clean, tailored fit that's built to handle years of travel and changing weather conditions.

On a cross-country road trip, our customer sent us this review from Twillingate, Newfoundland, where the cover had already endured 115 km/h winds in Saskatchewan and torrential rain in Newfoundland—and performed exactly as intended.

This 21' Kingfisher came to us with cloudy, weathered dodger windows. We retrofitted the existing dodger with new premium clear vinyl windows and built a matching rear drop curtain for added protection from the elements.

When you spend your time fishing the Pacific Northwest, your canvas needs to be built for more than just sunny days.

For this project, we designed and fabricated a custom bulkhead curtain wall to provide protection from wind, rain, and salt spray while maintaining easy access around the boat. It features crystal-clear vinyl windows, a roll-up zippered door, and secure snap and turn-lock fasteners for a clean, durable fit.

Constructed with premium Sunbrella marine canvas and PTFE thread, this enclosure is built to handle the demanding conditions of offshore fishing while providing years of dependable service.

The finished product delivered the custom fit, functionality, and clean finish the customer was looking for—and they were absolutely thrilled with the result.
