Three energies.
All available to us.

We may have places we naturally come from.
Energies that feel familiar.
Ways of moving that feel a little more like home.

And still... none of us is only one thing.

We can move between them.
Call on them.
Try them on.
Play.

So... what’s Therese’s why?
People.

People having access to themselves.
To what matters to them.
To what they want.
To what they love.
To who they are.

And from there...
having the possibility of creating and living a life they love.
That is a big part of why Therese is here.

Why Intention Wares matters to her.
Why this work matters to her.
Why she keeps showing up for it.

Not because we have the answers for anyone else's life.
Because we believe there is something powerful in having greater access to your own.

There are things that matter to us.

Things that light us up.
Things that bring meaning.
Things that make life feel rich, alive, ours.

Our why can help us notice them.

Not as another answer we need to have figured out.
More as a way of listening.

What matters to me?
What brings me alive?
What do I want to make room for?
What do I want my time, attention and energy to be in service of?

Sometimes our why gives us somewhere to come from.
And sometimes it simply helps us notice where we want to go.

Wear it somewhere we haven't thought of yet.

There is no right way.

Just the way that looks good,
feels good,
and feels like you.

One thing that matters enough to shape how you want to show up.

Someone you love.
Something you’re creating.
A way you want to feel.
A life you want to be here for.

Or maybe you don’t know right now.
That gets to be here too.

Sometimes intention looks like having it all together.

And sometimes it looks like fuzzy bangs, a robe, imperfect lighting... and showing up anyway.

For Deb, intention gives her somewhere to come from.

A moment to pause.
To get curious.
To be deliberate about what she is bringing to her life.

Because life will keep moving.

Intention is one way she chooses to be here for it.

For the love.
The meaningful moments.
The richness.
The life that is happening now.
