Before a lost & found treasure reaches Second Hand Hope, it starts in a hotel room. Housekeeping teams carefully collect the items guests leave behind, following each hotel's Lost & Found policies with care and respect.

When those items are no longer claimed, our 60+ Caring Hotel Partners choose a different path. Instead of sending them to the landfill, they give them to us, where they begin a new journey.

Every purchase gives these treasures a second life while helping fund Soap for Hope Canada's program.
