Casual Sales Associate | Shift Coverage

We’re looking for an experienced women’s retail sales associate to support our small team.

THE ROLE

Flexibility is a must. This position will start at approximately one shift per week, with the flexibility to work up to three shifts per week when needed. Additional shifts will primarily be to cover vacations, sick days and other scheduling needs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* 3–5 years of women’s retail sales experience is a must. You genuinely love selling and know how to wardrobe women. You understand fabrics, fit and how different styles work on different body types. Most importantly, you know how to listen to a customer, understand what she needs and help her leave feeling confident and excited about what she’s wearing.

* Exceptional reliability. We’re a very small team, so when you commit to a shift, we need to know we can count on you.

* Self-motivated and independent. You take direction well and follow through on assigned tasks, while also having the confidence and experience to handle day-to-day store and customer situations as they arise. You’re comfortable working independently without needing constant direction.

* A strong multitasker and communicator. You can balance customers, sales, tasks and day-to-day store responsibilities while always keeping the customer experience the priority.

* Meticulous attention to detail. You notice the little things. You take pride in keeping the store organized, tidy, beautifully presented and ready for customers at all times.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves fashion, loves selling and genuinely enjoys working with women, but isn’t looking for the commitment of a traditional part-time schedule.

We have a wonderful, close-knit team and we’re looking for the right person to support it.
