Some stunning photos of this Beauty’s wedding on a beach in Tofino….. But her dress didn’t always fit like that… I took it apart and recut every single pattern piece to fit and then put it all back together in her size… it was likely four sizes too big.

Bride ‘$290 for a hem and bustle?? That’s very expensive. How long did it take you?’

Me ‘Four years in fashion design school, three years apprenticing under a well known wedding dress designer, and fifteen+ years of practice’

BTW- $290 is very inexpensive for a hem and two point bustle when you have the skills to do them well- you’d be surprised how many ‘professional seamstresses’ can’t get this simple hem right
