Ladysmith 20k on a Saturday, Ice cream on a Sunday 🍦

Join us for a veeeery social hike/run/jog in the pursuit of making your own icecream 🤩

We will have demo vests from Salomon if you don’t got one 🙌

Otherwise bring your running vest, some water, snacks and we got you covered for the rest.

Meet at the Ross Durance parking lot of Mt.Work , fill your pack with ice and cream. Jump up and down summiting Mt.Work and back 🏔️

RSVP on Partiful so we can get enough goodies for all 🥳

Our Summer Clinics start tomorrow and we are so excited to host you all the way to 🤩

Not just for the marathoners, our clinic brings runners/walkers from all paces together.

Our Learn to Run clinic always people to develop skills to get into running or increase their distance over a sustainable amount of time.

Our Wednesday runs accommodate runners from all paces 🥰 If you like to run, we’d like you to join our lovely group.

Our Learn to Run Clinic meets at Beacon Hill Park most days , our Wednesday clinics run from 3 different locations. Find more details on our website or link in bio 👀

5 segments! 5 different locations and 5 grand prizes to be won at the end of the month 🎁

Run these segments as many times as it takes to become the Local Legend at the end of the month. Winner takes home a pair of Asics shoes , an outfit from Asics + more local prizes from each location 🤩
