There’s something so special about seeing an artist sign their piece.

As an artist, artisan, or anyone who works to share their craft, knowing that your name is going to be added to a piece adds a sense of pride and responsibility that is hard to ignore. It’s real motivation to pour your heart and effort into the work.

Here you can see a sneak peek of a piece we’ve been working on for a while, where you can see each artisan’s heart being poured into every stitch.

As always, Raquel bringing her talent all the way from Ecuador to the world!

It started as a blanket, woven in Peguche, Ecuador. Raquel turned it into a jacket in her studio in Miranda. Then someone’s wife bought it for her husband… and he wore it on Apple TV’s Shrinking.

Still can’t believe it. Handmade in Ecuador.
