“Wayback Wednesday” this week takes us back to Sunday January 30, 2005, Richmond, BC. The Steveston Icebreaker 8k, the first race of the mainland series. Nice as always to get out and run on a different route and place. Was great at least there was no snow and was a pretty nice winter day. The field was a good range of depth to push out well with and roll down the pack as I was feeling. Always now looking back the whole new appreciation for what I was doing and how much I loved doing it, holds even more value than anything else. It’s more than a run. “Run your run!”

Amphipod Race-lite quick clip race number belt. One o the most dialed number belts I have used! has a unique attachment system for the race number you just pop it in here... fully adjust the ball it’s made of a lightweight elastic very comfortable has a buckle for fast transitions.
