Went out to capital 6 last night in the antman costume I built with last night. Saw the opening of antman and the wasp. Movie was decent but the seating at the theatre... omg if you haven’t been there you need to!

Whelp got shot down during the application process for the mandalorian mercs. The helmet wasn’t a go because it doesn’t have a “T” for the visor. They told me I could cut the mandibles down to make the “T” but it completely changes the look. Oh well was still a fun build!

And there we have it! Took roughly twi weeks to build and I had several complications along the way but I am thrilled with the results! I’ve submitted it to the approval team at the Madalorian mercs for a crusader build. Up next is the armour....

Aside from a little paint touch up we are done! Star Wars the old republic mmo powertech helmet is now ready for action! Looking forward to the armour portion of the build!

Sometimes new the easiest solution is actually the best option.i used craft foam for the “under eye” circle detail.

Excited for these next parts. finished the silver base coat - hitting it with a bright glossy white next. I still need to put the little circles on the face plate but it’s getting there!!
