This year, every participant of the Outway Half Marathon is getting something extra. 👀

A custom-designed pair of Outway Athletic Crew Socks, inspired by the course itself.

The design is a nod to the beautiful streets of Victoria, the water, and the historic landmarks runners pass along the way, finished with hits of Outway Orange to represent performance, goal chasing, and setting new personal bests.

Made with our athletic blend of yarns and built with signature Outway sock tech, these are designed to give runners the perfect balance of a memorable race-day design and a seriously good running sock.

What’s your race day why?

We asked the Outway team, who’ll be out on the Outway Half course this year, that exact question.
Different reasons, same drive to keep moving.
 
Jenny found her love for running while fundraising for BC Cancer in honour of her mom last year. Now she’s chasing a PB for herself. Travis’s why is gratitude. Showing up is a privilege he doesn’t take for granted, so he’s running for everyone who can’t. Emily is doing it for the community, the vibes and the feeling of a whole city showing up together.

We’re so excited to be the title sponsor of the Outway Half Marathon, part of the RVM race weekend.

For the last 10 years, we’ve supported RVM through socks, miles, finish lines, and some pretty special memories of our own. We’ve always loved what this community represents: people showing up, setting big goals, and challenging themselves to do something hard.

So this year, we wanted to give that community the support it deserves.
