Living through fall in Ontario, but mentally, I’m still here 💙🌊
A little throwback to Elena’s truly bucket-list bachelorette on the Amalfi Coast.
We spent seven hours on the boat, swimming beneath a freshwater waterfall flowing down from Ravello, snorkelling through caves, passing natural bridges and towering architecture, swimming at Puerta Tena, seeing the smallest beach on the coast and cruising past Positano.
And because Elena does nothing halfway, she even coordinated another boat to deliver lunch directly to our boat. Iconic behaviour. ✨
The theme was “something blue,” so we filled the boat with blue and white while our bride wore white. The music was a vibe, everyone was wonderful, and the whole day felt playful, effortless and completely surreal.
The funny part? After months of concussion recovery, my head handled the entire day surprisingly well. But when I closed my eyes in bed that night, my brain was apparently still on the boat—I could feel everything gently rocking. 😂 Thankfully, I woke up feeling okay the next day.
My body left the boat. My brain needed one more night.
If bachelorette parties can belong on a bucket list, this one absolutely did. 💙
