📣 The North Coast Company Inc. is proud to announce the appointment of Kiyálhiya, Keisha Johnston as Chief Executive Officer CEO.
Keisha brings over eight years of project management experience, a strong background in Indigenous governance, and a lifelong commitment to culture, community, and active living. Prior to her work in leadership and administration, Keisha spent six years in the construction industry as a Foreman Ironworker, helping lead crews on major infrastructure and development projects such as: Sen̓áḵw Towers in Vancouver and stal̕əw̓asəm Bridge, also known as Pattullo Bridgeg. Those experiences shaped her leadership style—grounded in accountability, teamwork, resilience, and getting the job done right.
Today, Keisha combines that foundation with her passion for building strong communities, supporting Indigenous entrepreneurship, and creating opportunities through business.
