It's been a hot minute (or 5), since I've taken on a custom Mala. But when I found myself by chance in a private backyard yoga session led by a yogi who purchased from me at a market 3 years ago, I couldn't help myself. What's more, is she requested I go with my intuitive nature. Creative control!
So here you have it, a mala designed completely on intuition. Growth, leadership, cleansing, well being, alignment and prosperity.
I didn't know that creating this mala was exactly the push I needed to step back into my creativity. And an entirely new collection has stemmed from this piece.

MAMAS! Come sweat it out during a drop in .women StollerFit workout on May 11 & 18 to help raise money for women's mental health! Read on to learn why we've teamed up! ⬇️⬇️⬇️
In February of 2021, I was convinced my beloved Dalmatian knew I couldn't take care of my baby.
I was 4 weeks post partum and living in the thick of severe postpartum anxiety with an episode of Psychosis. Complete lack of sleep, panic attacks every 2.5 hours for days, paranoia, hallucinations, and thoughts of self harm had all led to a complete break from reality. My brain was on fire. I sought immediate help, but it wasn't until I entered the women's clinic at Whitby Shores as an outpatient that I really began to heal. Through their free program, I had access to a weekly hour of psychotherapy and cognitive behavior therapy, where I was able to unpack what happened and gain the tools I need to manage my mental health moving forward. On June 25th I'm running 5K with the Shoppers Drug Mart Run For Women to raise money for the Love You Women's Clinic at Whitby Shores -- a free program which offers short term consultations and treatment to women with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders along with other reproductive issues that affect a woman’s mental health.
To further my personal fundraising efforts, I've teamed up with .women for two drop-in StrollerFit workouts. Please join us, with your babies in tow, and let's sweat it out for women's mental health. Sign up links in bio
