So satisfying to restore this beautiful gown! At first glance it didn’t look that dirty, but check out the hem! My cleaning efforts were mostly focussed there but I also greatly improved a spot of blood, removed the bra cups which were yellowing, and did some minor repairs. Now she’s ready for box preserving!
My June intake has begun, so reach out if your dress has had some mud, blood, and beer adventures on your wedding day! 😅. Or grassy cow pastures. Or your pet made a nest on your train. I can help!

I told Ginger that I had Black Magic Woman playing in my head as I worked on it🖤. I also had the joy of making a matching custom black veil in addition to taking in, hemming and bustling the gown. Ok Edmonton brides, here is your chance to have your gown professionally cleaned by me and you don’t have to drive alllllll the way out to Wildwood! This saves you a three hour round trip and I do it as a courtesy at no extra charge (yet!). No dry cleaners that I know of offer this delivery service to clean wedding dresses. I also clean one gown at a time, by hand. No machines and no “batch” cleaning with several dresses at once like they typically do.
I love cleaning them and showing the “after” results! Does your dress need a WOW?? Ask me how to get the process started!

Check out this transformation of a gown that had it’s day in the spotlight 12 years ago! Almost looks like new! Ideally, your wedding gown should be cleaned as soon as possible after the big day, but this result was still amazing! Now she is ready for long term storage. Ask me about cleaning yours. This sweet bride got married yesterday and I’m now able to share her alterations journey! In addition to hemming and bustling, I created custom straps, did side seam take-in, and adjusted the sleeves for better shape and fit.

Looking for a gown preservation option that is not a box? These 100% cotton muslin bags are a great alternative! Wide gussets to accommodate full dresses, button closure, so fabric doesn’t get caught in a zipper, and it’s museum quality storage. Plus, it’s a bit more cost-effective than a box. Easier to peek at your dress without having to un-package and re-fold it!
