Both of these can be done in two layers as some say putting coffee filter paper or furnace filter paper(?) in between helps.
The lining is diaper material and very soft....yes it is brand new lol 😝

***Updated information - I do NOT recommend putting a coffee filter in unless you are trying to completely stifle someone!!!
I have asthma and found the double fabric was even difficult after only half an hour.
