Team member Renee is a distance runner with lots of experience helping people get into the right shoes for them, so she took some time to break down the differences between Asics’ top flagship runners: the GT-2000, Gel Nimbus, and Gel Kayano:

-GT-2000: Lighter and versatile. Supportive, low/neutral arch, over-pronation. $180

-Gel Nimbus: Prioritizes shock absorption. Cushioned, neutral/high arch, under-pronation. $210
