It sounds like winter is on its way and soon we will be needing warm mittens again. I have lots of color options available in 2 ladies sizes. Message me if you’re looking for particular color combinations.

This year I found a new doll pattern I’ve been using to make dolls for operation Christmas child shoeboxes. They’re so much fun to create with fun fabric options and can also be personalized with your child’s name. Dolls are $10, to personalize it’s an additional $3.

It’s been a year since my last post. Lots has happened and I haven’t been as active on here as I’d hoped.

I’m currently trying to clear out inventory so for the month of January I’ll be offering a special price. $25.00 for 2 pairs of adult mittens. The kids sizes are $10.00 a pair. If there’s a particular color you’re looking for let me know and I’ll check my unsewn mitts to see if I can get you what you want.

All sales this year are being used for donations to the children’s hospital and Samaritan’s purse shoeboxes.

All mittens are $15 a pair. I enjoy making custom mittens that are perfect for the recipient so let me know what colours you'd like to have in your mittens.

Christmas may seem far away but it's not too early to start your shopping.

Starting today till the end of the year all funds from mittens sold will be used to buy felt for medical kits that I make for the children's hospital in Winnipeg. They could use 400+ sets a year so these funds will help me fulfill that amount for them.

For the month of March mittens are $15.00 a pair.

Mittens make great birthday gifts. My daughters are 9 and 10 and they like giving them to their friends at birthday parties. I find it difficult to know what to buy for gifts at this age so these are perfect. The ladies size small is a good size for that age.

During this cold winter weather I've been thinking about the homeless in Winnipeg I'm so thankful for a warm house and warm clothes and I know that God has blessed me with them. Sewing is a passion I have and I'm thankful that I can use it to bless others as well. My mom and I were sewing mittens on Monday to donate to Union Gospel Mission. While we were sewing she got a text from my sister in law asking her to babysit the grandkids on Friday because they were going to UGM. My mom and I were able to have 50 pairs of mittens ready for them to deliver on Friday. Perfect timing!!

Country Creations was started from my love of sewing. i have sewn to donate to the children's hospital the past few years so when I got an opportunity to sew sweater mittens I was excited. Financially this would help me with the expenses incurred when donating to the hospital.

If you're interested in what's available I will have pictures posted. I can custom create mittens or you can message me with the colors you'd like and I will send you some pictures with options. There are 2 sizes for ladies and 3 different sizes for children. The mittens are made with recycled sweaters and lined with fleece. Mittens are $20.00 a pair or two pair for $30.00.

I also sew other items like girls purses, playing card holders, felt dress up dolls etc. Pictures are posted as well.

These items also make great gifts. Take a look at what I have available and message me if you're interested.
