In Cree, Minapimatisowin means “the good life” living with balance, kindness, and respect every day. It teaches us to care for our mind, body, spirit, emotions, our community, and the land around us. 🌿

Inspired by this teaching, we created our Minapimatisowin sweater a reminder to carry balance and positivity wherever you go. 🤍

We had a wonderful time today! Thanks to the Concordia Foundation we got to visit their building. It was very insightful and fun talking to everyone there. Everyone was so nice we would be glad to visit again!
