Mending 101

In this workshop, you will learn basic hand sewing stitches and how to apply them to your own clothes’ mending needs. We will cover repairs for both woven fabrics and knit fabrics, and also provide the skills for your own visible mending! No experience or sewing machine required.

Bring in items of clothing you'd like to mend.

"Sew Thrifty" class is about turning your thrifting finds into something you love! You know you find that really cool dress at the thrift store, something about it just speaks to your heart but it isn't quite right. Chloe found this vintage 80's dress and after lots of discussion and advice in the "Sew Thrifty" class was able to redesign it & sew it into this fabulous summer dress that she loves!

Last Monday Night Sew-cial of the season, May 18. An evening of sewing & creativity in our fully equipped studio. Bring a project to work on, or create some crazy quilt squares for the community. Indoor shoes or slippers are required for the classroom.
Register online to ensure we have enough space for everyone.
