- I’m engraving the products in the order they came in and paid.
-Products are custom made as agreed, therefore, there are no refunds or returns on any product.
-All sales are final. All products are brand new.
-If there are engraving related changes required af
ter placing the initial order, there will be new charges in addition to the ones paid before. Shipping is available for a fee. -Pick up is from Bridgwater in Winnipeg.
- If you are choosing to get your items mailed, I will be not held responsible if they are lost. I can mail your items by regular mail or tracked, once the fees for the chosen method are paid.
-Due to chain supply issues of raw steel materials, the turn around for custom engraved products is 3/4 weeks nowadays.
-Items in available stock will be mailed/ready for pick up by next day, once paid and/or discussed otherwise.
