How do you wash your bras?
If you’re tossing them in with the rest of your laundry, let’s fix that. Bras are delicate. Between the elastic, the underwire and the cups, regular detergent and the dryer will wear them out way faster than they should.
A few tips to help them last:
🧺 Hand wash when you can. A quick soak in cool or lukewarm water is so much easier on the fabric than a full wash cycle.
🚫 Skip the hot water. Heat is what breaks down elastic over time.
🌬️ Air dry. Every time. Machine washing is what can warp cups and wires, and the dryer is basically the enemy of a good bra.
🧴 Use a gentle detergent made for delicates. Regular laundry soap is too harsh for lace and elastic.
