As we step into the final quarter of 2025, we wanted to pause and reflect. 🌿

This time of year is all about looking back on how far we’ve come, and looking forward to how much further we can go.

That’s why Addicted To Progress is spotlighting progressive individuals who embody growth, perseverance, and purpose.

This week, we feature .court , MEd — Developmental Editor & Parental Legacy Coach.

Here are the two questions we asked 👇🏽

1️⃣ When you think about your progress this year, what moment are you most proud of?
2️⃣ What was a challenge that almost made you give up — but didn’t?

The last quarter isn’t just the end of the year—it’s the final chapter you get to write before the story resets.

How you spend these next months will echo into the new year. Will you repeat the past… or will you choose progress?

The last quarter is where discipline meets destiny. How you finish determines how you begin again!

Too often, we drag ourselves through the week just waiting for Friday, but real progress happens when you treat every day as an opportunity to build.

Thursday isn’t the end of the week—it’s the push that carries you into the finish line stronger.

Stay locked in, keep the energy steady, and let your consistency turn today into forward motion

Fear often points us not away from the path, but directly toward it. It highlights where our growth lies — not because the task itself is dangerous, but because it threatens the version of ourselves we’re ready to outgrow.

If you feel resistance on a Monday morning, pay attention.

That hesitation might not mean “stop” — it might mean you’re on the edge of expansion.

Fear is a compass; where it points is often where you’ve placed meaning, risk, and potential.

Lean into that discomfort — not recklessly, but deliberately — and you’ll often find that the thing you were avoiding is the very thing that will move your life forward.

Discipline is self-respect in its highest form.

It’s the daily decision to honor your goals, your health, and your future. When you choose discipline, you’re telling yourself that you are worthy of consistency, worthy of growth, and worthy of greatness.

Discipline isn’t restriction—it’s the ultimate act of respect for who you are and who you’re becoming.

FRIDAY MOTIVATION

“The finish line is for the ego. The journey is for the soul.” – Pattie Gonia

As we wrap up the week, it’s easy to focus on outcomes — goals hit, boxes checked, wins stacked. But what if the real value isn’t in the finish line, but in who we become on the way there?

The journey is where growth happens.
Where resilience is built.
Where character is shaped.

Whether you crushed your goals this week or hit roadblocks, you showed up. You did the work. And that means you’re progressing — and that’s what truly matters.

Here’s to honoring the process, not just the result. Let’s keep going. 💪🏾

At Addicted to Progress, we believe that true progress isn’t just physical — it’s mental, emotional, and personal.

For too long, men have been conditioned to stay silent, to “tough it out,” and to carry the weight alone. But real strength is found in vulnerability, in speaking up, and in taking steps — however small — toward healing.

Progress looks different for everyone. Whether it’s seeking therapy, opening up to a friend, or simply giving yourself grace on hard days, it all counts.

This month, we stand with the men on their mental health journey. Keep showing up. Keep moving forward. Stay Addicted to Progress!
