Sometimes I just want to make something simple and easy « sans se prendre la tête » without overthinking, like this wide leg pants using this striking batik print in flowy dobby fabric. I think the motif already stands out for itself no need to overwork it 😊

A bit of a story, this batik fabric was inspired by blue and white chinese porcelain with floral prints, it also called “batik encim” - chinese peranakan women’s wear back in the days ..

Haven’t sewed the tang buttons yet but already made 5 of them to put on the front closure of the tunic later and stopped to take a look at it before finishing. This is more or less how it looks in a model 📸💛
