Today is a very special day for me! 🎉 I am officially a member of SIA (Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects).

The journey to this achievement wasn’t easy. Becoming a member of SIA requires more than just experience — it demands proof of your professionalism, expertise, and ability to deliver projects that meet the highest standards.

I had to go through numerous steps: creating projects that meet rigorous requirements, continuously learning, and adapting to new challenges. It was a long process filled with doubts and hard work, but today I can proudly say — I made it!

For me, this is more than just a title. It’s recognition of my journey and efforts. It opens up new opportunities to grow and execute projects that align with global standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation.

A big thank you to everyone who supported and inspired me along the way. This is just the beginning of something even greater.

Our goal was to avoid ceiling vents as much as possible. The kitchen had to accommodate a huge bread oven, which did not fit in height. We had to deepen main hall by one meter, and deepen the kitchen by 1.5 meters. Of course all the calculations were made by our experienced Ingenieur , because without these drawings and calculations all this would have been impossible. As a result, we were able to leave an exquisite free ceiling and increase the height of the kitchen. We placed the ventilation equipment at the end of the main hall. We used the space above the toilets(under the ceiling). To add charm, light and decor to the interior - we designed a wall of acrylic with internal double-sided lighting. To add lightness and airiness to the hall, the bar is made of metal frame and covered with mirror and glass. On the Back side of the bar the wall is made of stainless steel, the shelves for alcohol are made of acrylic and the bread shelves are made of wood. All of the materials used in the construction give our interior a sophisticated, refined and Instagrammable feel. Cozy, photogenic and of course delicious. After that we started the design procedure. First of all, the idea was to visually expand the room, and to accommodate as many seats as possible, while not violating the personal space of the guest. We started with the planning of the hall and the arrangement of furniture. For a very long time we considered options for a varied open kitchen. At first we thought to place the kitchen in such a way that from the street Ekaterininskaya could see the process of cooking, but in these options, the kitchen turned out to be so large that there was not enough space for seating. So we decided to settle on a bar counter, a pastry display case and a small bar for guests inside. As for the visual increase of the hall for visitors, the whole left wall, I proposed to perform a mirror panels of 60 by 60 cm. This idea turned out to be perfect, because in addition to increasing the space - we got a reflection of our beautiful vaults on the ceiling. To be continued.... Після почали процедуру проєктування. Насамперед ідея була візуально розширити приміщення, і вмістити якомога більше посадкових місць, водночас не порушувати особистий простір гостя. Ми почали з планувального рішення залу і розміщення меблів. Дуже довго розглядали варіанти різноманітної відкритої кухні. Спочатку думали розташувати кухню таким чином, щоб з вулиці Катерининської було видно процес приготування страв, але в цих варіантах, кухня виходила настільки великою, що на посадку вже не вистачало місця. І ми вирішили зупинитися на барній стійці, кондитерській вітрині та невеликому барі для гостей всередині. Що стосується візуального збільшення залу для відвідувачів, всю ліву стінку я запропонувала виконати з дзеркальних панелей розміром 60 на 60 см. Ця ідея виявилася прекрасною, оскільки крім збільшення простору - ми отримали відображення наших прекрасних склепінь на стелі. Продовження слідує....

Well..... we have begun) further I will tell you step by step. Проєктування і будівництво Грейс було непростим завданням. Дуже Крута локація, самий центр міста Одеса. Приміщення головного залу - дуже вузьке і довге, приміщення під зону кухонь і госп приміщень - окрема історія, розташовані в глибині приміщення, в 2 рівні, всі конструкції перекриттів в огидному стані, стіни в такому ж.
