From the first vision to the final piece, every step is carefully considered — from the design and colours to the placement of each individual stone.

These two bikinis are currently in the making for next year, and trust us, they will be real eye-catchers. ✨

Creating a single bikini can take several days, as every stone is crafted by hand and every bikini is sewn entirely by hand. Nothing is machine-made. Even our patterns are created by hand.

Because at Nookini, it’s never just about a bikini. It’s about the craftsmanship, the details and the love that goes into every single piece.

Behind every piece there are fittings, cutting, failed versions and a lot of patience. After one season without underwire bikinis, we are working on new versions, because a bikini should not only look beautiful, it should fit perfectly.

For the next collection, many of your favourite colours are coming back, plus a few new ideas. And our Mango Mandala: hand-dyed, hand-embroidered and still being tested in different cuts.

Because my happiest place has always been the beach. Sun on my skin, salt in my hair, and if I could, I’d live in a bikini every single day.

That feeling is what Nookini was born from, five years ago.

But I didn’t want just any bikini. I wanted pieces that are made fairly, from sustainable fabrics, by people who are treated with respect. Pieces that make you feel confident, beautiful and free.
