Life is made up of the places we explore and the stories we carry with us.

Part of the Ubomi Series, meaning *life* in Xhosa, the Isanti Foulard takes its name from the Xhosa word for *sand*. Designed by textile designer Flavia Bienz, the collection reflects the connection between Lucerne and Africa through graphic forms inspired by water, landscapes and natural textures.

Made from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton, the Isanti Foulard can be styled in countless ways. In this video, it's worn as a top, showing how one piece can become part of your wardrobe in a completely different way.

The Umhlaba Foulard begins in Lucerne with textile designer Flavia Bienz and carries a touch of Africa through its design. Inspired by the movement of water and the richness of African patterns and murals, it reflects the connection between the two worlds that shape BADI Culture.

Meaning earth in Xhosa, the Umhlaba Foulard is made from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton and can be styled in many ways. Here, worn as a belt.
