AMORTI: l'évolution de nos modes de vie, de notre environnement donc de notre corps, justifie le besoin d'un certain niveau d'amorti sous nos pieds pour arpenter les routes plus ou moins dures, sur des distances plus ou moins longues. Selon votre type de foulée et vos sensations, vous pourrez choisir entre 4 niveaux d'amortis différents dans la gamme Altra. Plus vous serez habitué au zero drop et plus vous aurez optimisé votre technique de course, plus vous pourrez transiter vers des modèles plus faiblement amortis. TOE-BOX ADAPTEE AU PIED: la chaussure doit s'adapter à votre pied et non l'inverse. Chaque orteil a un rôle essentiel, tout particulièrement le gros orteil qui opère activement comme stabilisateur des appuis et contrôle la sur-pronation. Réduire l'espace alloué aux orteils revient à dégrader la qualité de ses appuis et de l'ensemble de sa posture. Donnez à votre pied de l'espace, offrez lui une toe-box non pas "large" mais simplement de la taille de votre avant pied, physiologique en somme. En somme, Altra se veut une marque proche de la réalité sportive des coureurs et coureuses, sur route ou trail. We’re still looking back at , and for good reason. Known as Britain’s most beautiful marathon, it delivered stunning lakeside views, forest trails, tough miles, and plenty of finish-line smiles.

78km. Sheffield → Manchester. Peak Divide ONEr, we did it again — but this time, the sun decided to join the party. 💜☀️

Almost 200 shufflers from different countries took on the Peak District, collecting muddy miles, big smiles, good vibes… and, naturally, plenty of post-run fuel. 🍝😋🍔
