・・・
No hacemos moda rápida. Hacemos
memoria, comunidad y futuro.
We proudly use NaturtexPeru native cotton textiles for our uni-color cotton caftans and jumpsuits.
See these pieces on our online shop on our new website.

📣Auktion is ending today!
This post is for textile collectors and art lovers.

Starting tomorrow, one of our handwoven pieces will be available for auction in the Asian and American Art Auction on .

This is our first time participating in an art auction! Excited to be a part of it together with my colleagues from Tacabamba, Peru - . 🇵🇪

We have been working collaboratively since May 2019. We overcame the COVID lockdown by working remotely and managed to sell some of our pieces in our store in Zurich Kreis 6 until February 2022.

Each piece is dyed and handwoven using the oldest techniques: Ikat and backstrap loom.

The blue color comes from indigo and it took over eight weeks to weave these two long textiles. This is not just a garment, it is a cultural statement from one of our most experienced weavers!

We are looking to raise funds to finance future collaborations with our colleagues in Tacabamba.
In addition, we want to support the safeguard and promotion of traditional textile weaving art in Tacabamba and Incahuasi. 🇵🇪

In Zurich, we will continue to work to raise awareness about the specific culture of textile weaving in these areas and facilitate collaboration between traditional designers and business experts.

By the way, these garments are a sample collaboration with using "Kinetic Garment Construction" as a base. I have developed it further to work with handwoven fabrics.
The size is one size fits all and unisex.

Visit the auction and make your bid. You might be the new owner of this original piece of textile culture! ✨

Share and support!
Thank you in advance,
Isabel
