Some challenges are not about winning. They're about showing up.

For two months, colleagues from across Borer Chemie chose the bike for their journey to work – rain or shine (well… mostly 😉).
Together, our four teams completed 323 cycling days and rode 4282 kilometres during the 2026 Bike to Work Challenge.

What we take away isn't just the distance covered. It's the commitment behind every kilometre. Every ride counted. Every participant made a difference. And together, our teams achieved something they couldn't have achieved alone.

Investing in the next generation of CSSD professionals.

On 18 and 21 May, we once again welcomed apprentices in Medical Device Technology EFZ to the Borer Competence Center for part of the official inter-company training programme organised by OdA Gesundheit Zürich.

Through hands-on sessions and practical insights into medical device reprocessing, our team had the pleasure of sharing know-how gathered from everyday CSSD practice.

As a long-standing partner to healthcare institutions, we see education and knowledge transfer as an important responsibility. And one we are proud to support together with OdA Gesundheit Zürich.
