Bangladesh's cotton imports have been gradually shifting from India to Brazil, but not completely replacing India. That is, Brazil has now emerged as one of the main or top raw cotton suppliers to Bangladesh, overtaking India's position. 

Recent situation (2024-25 marketing year)
• Brazil has now become the largest raw cotton supplier to Bangladesh. 
• According to USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) data
• About 1.9 million bales of cotton have come from Brazil, which is about 23-25% of the total import market. 
• India now remains the second largest supplier, supplying about 1.4 million bales. 

• Only by chance has Brazil emerged as the top raw cotton importer — it is a large share of overall imports, but India is still an important supplier. 

The reasons for this change are said to be:
✔️ Brazilian cotton is cheaper, easier to supply and more available during the harvest season. 
✔️ Both India and Brazil play an important role in the cotton market in Bangladesh, but Brazil's share has increased in recent years. 

In short:
✔️ Brazil is now the main supplier of raw cotton to Bangladesh.
✔️ But India is also still a big supplier, especially in cotton yarn/fiber.
✔️ It is not just Brazil that has completely replaced India, but the market is expanding to different sources.

I had a business meeting with the owner of Changzhou Jinheda Textile Co., Ltd., who has over 30 years of experience in the textile industry. The company specializes in a wide range of woven yarn-dyed fabrics, including checks, stripes, flannel, dobby, and jacquard.

যা অনেকেই তাদের ব্যাগ পৌঁছানোর আগে কেবল ছবি এবং ভিডিও তোলার জন্য থামে।এটি তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে একটি বিরক্তিকর মুহূর্তকে মজাদার এবং অপ্রত্যাশিত কিছুতে পরিণত করে, যা যাত্রীদের কনভেয়র বেল্টের চারপাশে ঘোরাঘুরি করার পরিবর্তে হাসির কারণ দেয়।

নকশাটি দ্রুত ভাইরাল হয়ে যায়, বিমানবন্দরের ভিতরেই একটি ছোট আকর্ষণ হয়ে ওঠে। লোকেরা তাদের স্যুটকেস কোন নম্বরে পড়বে তা নিয়ে "বাজি ধরা" নিয়ে রসিকতা করে, হতাশাকে বিনোদনে পরিণত করে।
এটি একটি স্মরণ করিয়ে দেয় যে সৃজনশীলতা জটিল হতে হবে না, কখনও কখনও, সঠিক জায়গায় একটি চতুর ধারণা প্রতিদিন হাজার হাজার মানুষের মেজাজ পরিবর্তন করার জন্য যথেষ্ট।
ফ্রাঙ্কফুর্টের রুলেট ক্যারোসেল প্রমাণ করে যে ভ্রমণ শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত চাপযুক্ত হতে হবে না; একটু রসিকতা অনেক দূর যেতে পারে।
