We've made strides in improving the efficiency of our . By arranging yarn guides from low to high and numbering each color yarn, we've optimized the process for .
Also established a rule for loop knitting with different colors of yarn on the opposite side.
Under the condition that one guide is used for one color yarn and 2 front jacquard rows are arranged as one knitting cycle, managed to minimize the empty running of the head and improve the of all kinds of jacquard.
To share the specific knitting process of 2-6 color sesame dot jacquard on our machine.
The results?
A system utilization rate of 100% for 2, 4, and 6 color jacquard, 75% for 3 color jacquard, and 83.3% for 5 color jacquard.
These results provide a valuable reference for on a double system computerized flat knitting machine.

We’ve been experimenting with materials for high-performance sports shoes and clothing. 🏃‍♂👟🧥
Our findings? Polyether polyurethane soles, resistant to hydrolysis and mildew, offer excellent durability. When modified with about 60% of this material, the wear resistance of composite polyurethane improves significantly, and the adhesion strength of hot melt adhesive reaches an impressive 85 N/cm3. 👏
But that’s not all! We’ve also been exploring the potential of waterborne polyurethane. Non-toxic, non-polluting, flame retardant, and easy to clean, it’s an ideal material for clothing leather. 🌿🔥
We’ve prepared microfiber water-based synthetic leather for clothing using a microfiber leather base cloth composite waterborne polyurethane. The mechanical properties, thermal properties, moisture permeability, and air permeability were all put to the test. 🧪🔬
While there’s room for improvement in air permeability and warmth retention, the tensile strength, tear strength, and moisture permeability are excellent, meeting the market requirements of sports shoes and clothing. 💪

We appreciate honesty: can't 100% guarantee/will try our best/there might be slight differences.
This shows professionalism, acknowledging that human factors can cause deviations.
Controlling these deviations is crucial in managing quality.
Last weekend, a batch of fabrics for our bulk goods was ready.
Our team confirmed the quality with the fabric factory and did an inline inspection.
The factory assured us there would be no issues.
Our team did an overnight final inspection and found a fabric that didn't meet our standards.
We notified the supplier, who worked overnight to correct it.
In our supply chain, every step must follow standards.
There's no room for shortcuts or dishonesty.
Quality is our ultimate benchmark.

We’ve been working hard to make our production process as efficient as possible, but there’s always some surplus fabric.
Instead of selling these high-quality, custom fabrics as inventory, we’ve found a new life for them through patchwork art.
This not only gives us a creative outlet, but also aligns with our commitment to sustainability.
From appliqué to embroidery, we’re exploring all kinds of traditional craft techniques.
Especially in our denim products, the expression forms of patchwork crafts are very diverse.
