We are vertically integrated denim fabric mill operated with the most modern state of the art manufacturing equipment to process raw material through finished fabric.
Strategically located in Lanxi city, Zhejiang Province, Jinsuo Denim positions its operations to make a stronger contribution to its long-term strategy of providing customers with innovative, market-driven and highly competitive denim fabrics ever since its foundation on 1998. So far, the factory owns 1000 sets of the most sophisticated Belgium originated Picanol OPTI MAX high speed rapier looms, 8 lines of sizing and slasher dying combinations,4 lines of Morison Rope Dying machine, 2 lines of thermo-tentering machine, 4 lines of singeing and sanforizing machines ,2 lines of mercerizing flat finishing machines and 6 lines of automatic vacuum packers. JINSUO makes a complete range of denim fabrics in a multitude styles like both 100% cotton and blended rigid and stretch, cross-hatch, ring slub, tencel and other fancy new materials, etc. weights from 4.0 Oz to 14.5Oz, The daily output exceeds 0.33million meters and months up to 10 million meters.
Our factory covers an area of over 300,000m2 and has more than 1000 employees. It has been successfully verified by and successfully qualified by OCS , GOTS,RCS, BCI,PDS, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality/environmental management System certification, and so on.
We're working tightly with TARGET, WALMART,H&M,INDITEX, C&A,Bershka, America Eagles, KOHL's ,etc.
