60S Cotton Warp + 40S Cellulose Fiber Weft: The Material Innovation
Material is the core soul of fabric, and innovative material proportioning is the key to promoting the performance upgrading of fabric. At a time when the homogeneity of the hotel linen fabric industry is serious, ULEN insists on driving material innovation with technological innovation. Ulen 60S*40S Interwoven Satin, developed by ULEN Linen team, relies on the precise material proportioning of 60S pure cotton warp + 40S cellulose fiber weft to embark on a material innovation path belonging to hotel linen fabrics, achieving a triple breakthrough in fabric skin-friendliness, durability and environmental protection.
The material (60S pure cotton warp + 40S cellulose fiber weft) is not a simple superposition of raw materials, but a scientific R&D based on the actual use scenarios of hotel linen: the warp direction, as the main stress direction of linen, directly determines the strength and durability of the fabric, so 60S high-count pure cotton is adopted. High-count pure cotton not only has natural skin-friendly and breathable characteristics, but also has excellent tensile and fracture resistance, adapting to the stress demand of high-frequency use of hotel linen; the weft direction focuses on the texture, smoothness and environmental protection of the fabric, matched with 40S cellulose fiber. The silk-like luster and smooth hand feel of cellulose fiber upgrade the fabric texture, the biodegradable attribute endows the fabric with an environmental core, and its excellent dimensional stability greatly reduces the fabric shrinkage rate.
Through this precise warp and weft material proportioning, it accurately lands the advantages of the two raw materials on the use needs of linen: the 60S pure cotton in the warp direction ensures the high strength (warp breaking strength 714N), skin-friendliness and air permeability of the fabric; the 40S cellulose fiber in the weft direction realizes the silk-like luster, smooth hand feel, low shrinkage rate (-3.6% after 80℃ high-temperature washing) and environmental protection of the fabric, making the fabric meet the core needs of the hotel industry in every use dimension.
In order to maximize the advantages of material proportioning, ULEN has also optimized the yarn count and density of 60S pure cotton warp + 40S cellulose fiber weft simultaneously, launching two yarn count specifications of 5838 and 61.340.2, and increasing the density to 184118/185118, further strengthening the strength and texture of the fabric. At the same time, 60S pure cotton warp + 40S cellulose fiber weft has achieved "innovation without premium, better performance at a lower price" - the cost is reduced by about 17% compared with conventional 60*40 satin, the pilling resistance reaches grade 3-4, and the wet strength is 726N, becoming a model of the combination of material innovation and market cost performance.
The material innovation of 60S pure cotton warp + 40S cellulose fiber weft makes hotel linen fabrics get rid of homogeneous competition and provides a new idea for material proportioning innovation for the industry. ULEN will continue to deeply engage in raw material R&D and proportioning innovation, and promote the product upgrading of the hotel linen industry with more material innovation achievements.
