January's chilly days had us reaching for fleece, so we created a Fleece + Sherpa Mini Collection that is warm, breathable, and easy to wear. We focused on fabrics that provide warmth without feeling heavy and offer durability suitable for both outdoor activities and everyday layering.

In this Collection, you'll find classic fleece, double-sided fleece, hybrid jacquard fleece, sweater fleece, and a Wool-blended Sherpa option. We're also prioritizing sustainability by using recycled Polyester across the range. We offer a competitive price range of $1.50–$5.00 per yard. If you'd like to check the fabric's handfeel and performance, feel free to request a free sample today!

Explore Arch's Affordable, Machine-Washable Merino Wool Collection

Our Merino Wool Collection offers luxury, warmth, durability, breathability, moisture-wicking, and much more. We've taken easy-care and luxury handfeel to the next level by mercerizing and Siro spinning merino fibers with chemical-free treatments that make them machine-washable. We've blended our Merino with various fibers, including Tencel, Recycled Polyester, Cotton, and Modal, to enhance its properties. What sets it apart is its affordability. We've reduced the cost by at least 25%, with prices starting at $3.25 per yard. As always, we are committed to ethical practices and source our wool in accordance with the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS). This makes our Merino Wool Collection the ultimate choice for sustainable comfort, luxury, and convenience for every budget.
