How to wear a baseball pants? 1. Put the baseball pants on. If you decide that you want to wear them down around the ankles, make sure that they are long enough to cover the ankle, but not so long that they are dragging on the ground.
2. Pull the bottom of the pants up to the area just below the knee if you plan on wearing the pants high.
3. Fold up the excess slack. Grab the fabric that is above the knee and fold it under the elastic of the pants. The slack should be folded several times between the elastic and your leg.

Last week, I have seen the Dangal movie with my colleague. It is a good movie that tell two girl's father teach they to be a wrestler and to lead their lives. At first, both girls show no interest in wrestling. They’re left feeling exhausted after strict, or sometimes even cruel, training with their father. They even begin to try different ways to get out of it. But once they realize that their father may be letting them seek opportunities in life normally saved for men, wrestling becomes their own dream. They finally become winners in a male-dominated sport and in a male-dominated land. Their father gave they inner confidence. He taught they, as young girls, never to be scared. It is a good movie for girls and also for wrestlers. For their dream, for their lives, to be a fighter.
