Important industry update for all sewing machinery manufacturers, distributors & garment factory partners:
Four leading servo controller & motor manufacturers in Taizhou (Qixing, Xihe, Yida, Supu) have collectively announced a 10% price increase across all product lines, taking effect on July 15, 2026.
Since March 2026, the whole supply chain has faced unprecedented cost pressure:
Core raw materials including copper, aluminum, magnetic steel, PCBs, MLCC capacitors and power chips keep surging with tight global supply, with no price reduction expected in the short run. These key components make up over 70% of the total production cost of sewing machine drives.
Additional costs from R&D of upgraded intelligent servo systems, factory labor, electricity and logistics further compress manufacturers’ profit margins.
All four brands are major suppliers clustered in Taizhou’s sewing equipment industrial base, with fully transparent market pricing. The synchronized price adjustment is a joint measure to avoid vicious price competition amid continuous cost inflation.
Key order transition rules:
1. Contracts fully confirmed & deposited before July 14 will retain the original price;
2. Any new orders placed from July 15 will apply the new increased price.
