2015- Brilliant Vision (BV) was founded by Jacques Zhang on June 1.
2016- BV launched its first fashion eyewear collection at MIDO with great success.
2017- BV opened its product development center with a capacity of 100 new styles per month. 2018- BV opened its testing laboratory, enabling over 30 in-house tests.
2019- BV invested over 1 million USD in the modernization of its facilities and in the implementation of MES system.

Brilliant Vision's products are all made to meet the latest international norms and standards, such as IS012870, EN12312, EN 14139, ANSI Z80.3, AS-NZS 1067, etc. Brilliant Vision has been ISO9001 audited. Its QA system is based on three pillars: incoming quality control, in-process quality control and outgoing quality control. Brilliant Vision is equipped with testing facilities to conduct all primary eyewear testing and works in partnership with accredited third party testing lab such as ITS, SGS for more advanced testing. Acetate: Mazzucchelli level quality material with newest updated computer system to process with 99.9 percent precision supported and supervised by experienced staff and quality control division. Metal: titanium, stainless steel, copper with high quality plating and painting system handling nontoxic, biocompability and nickel free. Injection: plastic injection line with high quality ultem, PC and TR-90 memorial Plastic with professional spray and computerized painting system.
