Barrigona’s Beach is a paradisiacal place, worthy of the best sunsets, crystal clear water and good waves, that every time attracts more people.

Activities and services: Still very virgin. There are no hotels near the beach, no cabins or restaurants, but it is very close to Nosara, so you can take advantage of your adventure to visit it. On this beach you can read a book under the shade or learn to surf.

Road condition: It is preferable that you visit Barrigona beach in a 4x4 car.

Every surfer girl dreads the moment when their bikini comes off in the surf. There are, however, a few key things you can do to help you make sure your bikini stays on in the surf:

1. Choose the Right Bikini Styles
There is no such thing as the perfect bikini, trust us we know, but choosing the right style of top and bottom is a good start!
For the bottoms, we recommend wearing Brazilian style bikini bottoms, preferably ones with a scrunch back and - even better - with ties on the side so you can adjust the tightness and fit if needed.
Keep in mind that the smaller the cut and the tighter the fit, the less amount of water rushing past your bottoms and potentially pulling them off.
