During tough times I try to focus on the positive, and what I have control of. We all have choice of our attitude, how we present ourselves, and how we react in these uncertain and scary days.
We are living in anxious times. My hope is that you are all well, taking measures to stay healthy and safe, and finding ways to connect with your community. YOU are my community and I’d love to hear from you how you’re staying connected to the ones you love. We will rise up together.

Does anyone else struggle with social media? I’ve slowly fallen off the wagon, and find myself less interested and engaged in the social media world. Too many filters, adjustments, and fairytales happening on the regular and I’m tired of seeing “false advertisement” of what’s really going on in YOUR life. Do you feel me? Can’t we all just get on the dance floor and be authentically ourselves? No care in the world, just uniquely you...
