Dear EU Troppo Customers

Here‘s a little Troppo update on our shipping. Since August 12, the new EU packaging regulation PPWR is in effect.

To ship to any EU country, businesses now need to register and manage packaging requirements individually for each country, with its own costs.

From day one, we’ve put real effort into packaging: reusing materials, packing efficiently, keeping waste as low as possible.

We already meet these new requirements — but the registration process applies regardless.

So for now, we’ve had to pause shipping to all EU countries except Germany.

The good news: we’ve launched shipping to Switzerland!
