This July marks three years of Optimistic Runners.

What began in Berlin as an exploration of running and a search for an alternative voice within running culture has grown into a project shaped by communities, collaborations, and shared experiences across the world. Every collection, publication, gathering, and conversation has become part of its ongoing story.

Thank you for being part of it. Whether you join us on a Saturday morning, visit our space on Torstraße, wear our products, or simply follow our journey from afar, your support helps to define what Optimistic Runners is today.

To celebrate the community and the street where it all began, we will soon be introducing the Torstraße T-shirt and Longsleeve, the first release from our AW26 collection. Stay tuned!

Three years in, we’re more motivated than ever to keep building with intention and curiosity.

The final chapter of our Worldwide SS26 launch took place in Jakarta, Busan, and Sydney, bringing together local running communities.

The season has officially started!

We want to thank everyone who joined the runs, as well as our partners who helped make these gatherings such memorable moments of connection for so many of you.

Berlin Half Marathon Shakeout Run powered by

The day before the race, we met for an easy 5K through the city, running out to Brandenburger Tor and back. A relaxed run to get the legs moving and spend some time together ahead of race day.

We finished at the store with sandwiches from and coffee from — a simple way to refuel and catch up.
