Did you hear that Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAl, confirmed that the new version of ChatGPT will have fewer restrictions now that they've apparently resolved the mental health issues the chatbot once had?

We have a lot of questions about that, especially after reading this study (ironically conducted by OpenAl itself), which confirms that turning to Al as a confidant only makes us feel more lonely and dependent.

If you use ChatGPT as a friend, we get it. But here's a warning: in the long run, it could make things worse.

Exhaustion, cynicism, inefficacy: Maslach & Leiter call them the anatomy of burnout. But history reminds us: productivity was never neutral. Max Weber tied it to morality, Byung-Chul Han calls it a “burnout society".

Men can do everything: feel, cry, speak, connect. But somewhere along the way, society told them not to. Not because they can’t, but because they shouldn’t. So the answer to “How are you?” is often just “good.” Silence becomes the habit. And silence isolates.

No, not everyone has ADHD. And no, an online quiz can’t diagnose you.

Research shows: the positive predictive value of ADHD self-tests is often under 20%. That means most “positive” results are false.

Self-diagnosis might feel like clarity, but it can delay real help, increase stress and undermine those truly living with ADHD. If therapy feels out of reach, there are other ways to find support:
peer groups, mental health NGOs/NPOs, online forums and free hotlines.
